How can you ski in downtown Toronto? You can now escape the city with Timecode Lab ski simulator! We developed this ski simulator using Samsung Gear VR and our Sync VR App. Sync VR allows us to control what's displayed inside the Gear VR headset, along with controlling the simulator to reproduce motions perceived in the video. For a complete ski experience, we also added a giant fan to blow air on participants while they were virtually riding down ski slopes.
